1. Introduction

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 The client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the consulting agreement or as otherwise agreed upon.

4.2 Payment terms, including the method of payment, invoicing schedule, and any applicable taxes, will be specified in the consulting agreement.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed during the consultancy engagement. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, business strategies, financial information, and any other proprietary information.

6. Ownership of Work Product

6.1 Any work product or deliverables created by The Stables Retail Consultancy as part of the engagement will belong to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the consultancy engagement by providing written notice to the other party. Any fees for services performed up to the date of termination are still payable.

8. Liability

8.1 Stables Retail Consultancy is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from actions taken by the client based on the consultancy services provided.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties, supersedes any previous agreements or understandings, and cannot be amended or modified except in writing and signed by both parties.

10.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
