What’s Involved?
Initial 121 with Sarah to understand your business and understand what you want to achieve from the course.
Weekly Webinars. A one-hour session held every Tuesday for four weeks at 11am, via Team’s. This will cover the five fundamentals of equestrian retailing. A complete self-assessment of your current business, establishing your business goals and understanding your opportunities.
The fundamentals we will cover- Personas, Purpose, Product, Platform and Phase
A mid-week check in on the Facebook group on a Friday morning, keeping the group accountable for their inter-webinar tasks and answering any questions.
On-going access to all course resources and recorded webinar for your cohort. Complete access always available throughout the course and after completion.
Private access to “The Stables- Equestrian Retail Insiders” Facebook group. Lifetime membership with access to online retail insights, webinars and pier collaboration opportunities.
A follow up call one month after the course has finished to keep you accountable and check in on your business progress.
